Project Summary

Creation of a show stoping Winter activation to push restaurant visibility and encourage footfall during the festive season . Inspired from the Italian Alps, the restaurant terrace featured an installation with pine trees, a wooden chalet and vintage skiing accessories. In partnership with Villa Ascenti Gin the restaurant featured a bespoke cocktail menu, including seasonal creations. 

Results

During the campaign period high-quality collaterals were created, such as photography and videography.The campaign, promoted through the website and newsletters, resulted in a £18K partnership investment from Villa Ascenti and in two weeks generated over £2,300 net sales only for bespoke cocktails. Within the campaign period the restaurant booking rate trippled.
