In a nutshell...

Marie Guenot is a marketing and brand strategist with extensive experience leading campaigns for international luxury hospitality and lifestyle brands.

She began her career with Chef Thierry Marx before consulting for Chef Anne-Sophie Pic, supporting her Michelin-starred restaurants and global expansion. Marie later joined London’s Caprice Holdings, managing marketing for iconic venues such as Sexy Fish, Scott’s, and Balthazar.

She went on to become Global Head of Marketing at Chotto Matte, overseeing international growth across London, Miami, Toronto, and the U.S. market, and positioning the brand as a leading lifestyle destination.

Between 2023 and 2024, Marie led multiple projects for luxury hospitality groups across Europe and the Middle East, including the Dubai-based Bulldozer Group, supporting restaurant launches in London and Paris.

 

Now Director of Marketing, Europe at Aqua Restaurant Group, she drives brand and communication strategy for seven London venues and the group’s new flagship in Paris.

 

Passionate about crafting experiences that connect people and place, she brings creativity and strategy together to build brands with lasting impact.
